Definitions

The Website/The Company means MyWritingExpert.com
The Customer means any person who has paid for the order on the website.
Paper/Product/Order means an original research and/or advice provided to the customer by MyWritingExpert.com. One page should be considered to be not less than 275 words.

Terms and Conditions

Submitting your order to MyWritingExpert.com, you acknowledge the fact that you have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the following terms and conditions. You hereby also accept that the following terms and conditions form entire agreement between us.

General

Any product provided by MyWritingExpert.com is provided exclusively for research and reference purposes. The use of the product is restricted to private use only. No publishing or submission under the customer’s name is allowed. We do not accept the responsibility for improper use of the product.

The company undertakes to deliver the order to the email address specified by the customer in the order form. The company also undertakes to upload the completed order to the website in order for the customer to be able to download it. The company does not accept the responsibility for customer’s failure to download the completed order on time. We also do not take the responsibility in case the email address in the order form was incorrect.

Once the customer downloads the completed order, he/she obtains complete copyright for the product. By downloading the product the customer acknowledges the fact that the server, the product was downloaded from, is located in Canada. Hence the product is not a subject to USA Federal or State sales taxes.

The company undertakes not to resell, submit or publish the product completed for and paid by the customer.

The company does not guarantee the final grade as the product is meant for reference purposes only. The company reserves the right to use any sources to complete the order, including on-line publications, unless otherwise directed by the customer in the order form. If a specific source is required, the customer undertakes to provide this source as a scan copy or a fax copy. We can’t guarantee that the specific source is used unless the customer provides it.

The company should not be held responsible for any direct or indirect costs associated with the customer choice to use our services. The company can’t guarantee 100% satisfaction on the urgent (up to and including 48 hours) orders that exceed the total of 10 pages.

The instructions for the order should be clearly stated in the order form. The company can’t be held liable if improper or incomplete instructions delay the progress of the order.

Plagiarism

MyWritingExpert.com undertakes to provide an original product with no plagiarism. The plagiarism occurs when:
• A writer passes existing research for his own
• A writer fails to mark a quotation appropriately
• Someone’s copyrighted ideas are used without acknowledgment

Revisions

The company offers minor amendments and revisions of the initial order as a part of its standard service. Any revisions should only include changes and adjustments that were not met in the submitted order and are within the initial guidelines specified in the order form. The company only undertakes to provide revisions under the following conditions.
• No changes of the paper are allowed to be made by the customer before revision takes place.
• No other general terms and conditions are violated.
• 48 hours should be allowed for the revision to be processed
• Revision should be requested no later than 5 days after the initial order is completed

Refunds

The company undertakes to issue a refund in case
• The order is delivered more than 3 hours later than the deadline (we reserve 3 hours in case some technical issue arise)
• There is a substantial plagiarism detected in the product and a reliable proof of this can be presented
• The product is completely of the guidelines clearly stated by the client in the order form

Please note that the Company should not be held liable due to any lateness caused by the third parties. The refund is only issues if the client did not break any term and conditions mentioned above.
